A little clarity. A lot of confidence.
Let Caddie take on the work, with a clear understanding of what it does and what stays in your hands.
How is Caddie different from an AI listing tool?+
Writing the listing is the beginning. The ongoing work comes afterward: days or weeks of answering questions, considering offers, negotiating, and getting the item shipped.
Caddie handles all that for you. Once you approve a selling plan, it keeps working with buyers within your limits, even when you've closed the app. You can check its activity whenever you like. Caddie works for you 24/7!
I've never sold on eBay. Can I use Caddie?+
Yes. Set-up takes just a few minutes the first time. Caddie guides you through getting started, including connecting an eBay account or setting one up for the first time. Sign in with Apple or Google and follow the steps.
You personally complete eBay's required identity and payout verification. Then show Caddie something you'd like to sell. It helps you get from 'I've never done this' to a selling plan you can approve. Once you've set it up, you'll never have to do it again. Selling becomes as easy as taking a picture.
What makes Caddie intelligent?+
Caddie uses advanced frontier AI models to understand item information, it's condition, research comparable sales, and handle buyer conversations.
That intelligence works throughout the sale. Caddie can answer a question using your item's details, assess an offer against your approved plan, and negotiate for a better price. When it needs information or permission, it asks you.
Will Caddie sell my stuff too cheaply?+
Hard NO. You approve a minimum, and Caddie never accepts below it. Think of the minimum as a protective floor, not the price Caddie aims for. Caddie always lists above it and negotiates down toward it only as far as the market requires.
Do I need to keep checking the app?+
No. Caddie keeps working after you close it. It handles buyer questions and offers within your approved limits, and lets you know when something needs your attention.
You can check the activity whenever you want. If you prefer to approve every offer yourself, choose 'Ask me first.' in your settings.
What can Caddie do with my eBay account?+
It can sell on your behalf. You simply connect through eBay's own authorization screen, where you can review the permissions before agreeing. Caddie uses the access you grant to create listings, respond to buyers, manage offers, and follow orders.
Your listings and selling history remain in your eBay account. You can disconnect Caddie through your eBay account settings.
What does Caddie cost, and where does my money go?+
Think of Caddie as your personal employee whose job is to sell your old items for you. Caddie's service fee is 9% of the sale. Before you approve a plan, you see estimated proceeds after marketplace fees, shipping, and Caddie's fee, so you can decide whether the sale makes sense for you.
The customer buying your things pays through eBay, and eBay pays you directly through your seller payout account. Caddie bills its service fee separately after payout.
What do I still need to do?+
After a few pictures and clicking to approve a sales plan, your job is practically done.
Simply Show Caddie the item by snapping a few pics, answer any questions it might need clarified, then approve the selling plan. A listing takes less than a minute to complete. When the item sells, you pack it.
Caddie helps with the label and shipping arrangements. Depending on the carrier and service, you can print a label, use a supported label-printing QR code, or prepare the package for an eligible pickup.
Has Caddie handled real sales?+
Yes. Caddie has completed multiple real sales and undergone hundreds of tests across the selling workflow.
The interactive tour uses a sample transaction so you can explore the process before starting with your own item.
What if something goes wrong?+
Get help through support inside Caddie. Our support agents are overseen by a human team, with people stepping in when an issue needs more attention.
Whether the problem involves a listing, buyer conversation, shipping, or a return, we'll help you understand what happened and work through the next steps with you.
